- Undeclared pets can result in $100.00
fines and requests to immediately vacate unit.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:
- 21 day notice to cancel (except as noted below)
required for refund - minus a 15% service charge
- On Christmas, Spring Break, and month or longer
rentals - 1/2 full rent is forfeited if it becomes necessary for you to
cancel.

RESERVATION DEPOSITS:
- $ 200.00 deposit either by Visa, Master Card, personal
check, or cash.
- Christmas, Spring Break and month or more reservation- 1/2
full rent deposit required which is non-refundable
- Full payment is due within 24 hours of arrival. Because
there is a limited ability to resell accommodations on a short-term basis,
the full rental period reserved must be paid for irregardless of the
reason for an early departure.

PETS:
- Small
dogs, under 20 lbs. only, allowed with prior permission. $10/day/dog
(max 2 dogs) extra or $50/wk. $100 refundable pet deposit. Fines for
breaking this policy will be charged to your credit card and may be as
high as $500.

CLEANING:
- Condos - no additional cleaning charge if: trash
removed, dishes done, no damage done
- Homes - Minimum $60.00 cleaning charge is added, but
could be more if above cleaning not also done. We have been able to keep
our private home rental rates below the average for this community by only
having the minimum cleaning charge added to the rental fee.
- In some cases a $100.00 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT REQUIRED

MINIMUM STAY:
- Condos = 2 nights
- Homes = 3 nights

SUBSTITUTIONS:
- We reserve the right to substitute due
to unforeseen circumstances

prices for our guests
